BII Consulting partners with Medtronic, Inc for Supply Chain Analytics

As a current client of BII Consulting, Medtronic requested assistance for an ambitious project around refining their insight into their supply chain analytics. A proof of concept product was developed that allow Medtronic to dynamically build value stream maps based on the data in the supply chain systems.
